Intergenerational Garden Grant from KidsGardening.org and Miracle Gro!
Appy Farm Foundation received our first grant in July. Our proposal was to create raised beds to increase the ability of intergenerational gardening. Our Miracle Gro! products have arrived and our raised bed supplies delivered. Building begins 8/17/26. Check back often to watch our growth!

Participation is free, Our gardens are NOT CSAs (community sustained agriculture) and we do not rent out plots, we simply grow and harvest food together.

We come together at harvest time to share in the harvest and also donate surplus. We look for food bank providers that might have an interest in co-writing community grants. We are a 501 (c)(3) non profit.

T-shirts come in four spring colors and have the Foundation name on the back with a tribute to our community gardens. These T-shirts and our original Carhart Brown with the map of Appalachia on back are $25 through the website or $20 at any event. Email us if you would like to purchase a T Shirt.
